Czech Republic – Dispatch of Volunteers from the Czech Republic
Prague, Czech Republic – June 19th, 2016 – After one year of formation, 10 young persons of the Czech Republic have been sent as volunteers to Bulgaria, India and Zambia. During the Eucharist that was celebrated in the parish of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus, at the Provincial House in Prague,they received the Missionary Cross and a candle, symbol of their being light in the various parts of the world. Each volunteer was accompanied by a former volunteer who actively participated in the formation work. The departing youth were prepared by the Don Bosco Association (SDBA), through a Salesian, psychological, pastoral pedagogical formation and with moments of prayer.
