Rome, RMG - October 2020 - The online meeting of the Provincials of the South Cone America Region took place from 26 to 28 October with the Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, who, after a short greeting, shared his confident gaze on the present and on the future of the Salesian Congregation and presented the programmatic guidelines for this six-year term. Also present online were the General Councilors, with the members of their teams, for Formation, Youth Ministry, Social Communication, and Missions, and the Councilor for the America South Cone Region, Fr Gabriel Romero. It was an important space for discussion between the Provincials and the Councilors in view of the current term. They also spoke with the team of the Ongoing Formation Center in Quito, with the representatives of the Salesian School in America, and other institutions. The meeting then continued with reflections on the Formation Center of the Salesian Brother of Guatemala.
