Myanmar - Music course brings joy and optimism
Sagaing Division, Myanmar - August 2020 - A three-month training course for instrumentalists was organized by the Don Bosco-Kalay Community. It started on August 3, 2020. This was the second music course that the community voluntarily offered to young people. The main purpose of this event was to implant the spirit of joy and optimism in the hearts of the young people and to prepare them to better serve the church and the local community through music. It was a well-planned course, and only 9 young people were carefully selected and financially supported by a local youth organization and the Salesian Congregation in Myanmar. At the opening ceremony, Fr Henry Dau Haung (priest responsible for the community), Fr Te New (prefect), Fr A. Maung Maung (economer), and Fr Francis B.T were present, sharing their precious experiences.
