Taiwan - First Vocation of a Salesian brother from Taiwan
Taipei, Taiwan - August 16, 2020 - On the afternoon of August 16, the Parish of St. John Bosco in Taipei saw a gathering of around 400 people to celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin into Heaven, Don Bosco's 205th birthday and the Perpetual Profession of the First Native Vocation of Taiwan: that of coadjutor Paul Giligiljaw Tamauwlul. The Mass of the Assumption of Mary and Perpetual Profession were presided over by the Archbishop of Taipei, Mgr. Thomas Chung An Zu.
