Brazil - Salesians of Lorraine create "líderes 4.0" to accompany young during pandemic
Lorraine, Brazil - March 2020 - With countless activities interrupted because of the coronavirus pandemic, the Salesians of Lorraine, belonging to the São Paulo Province (BSP), created "líderes 4.0" to continue to carry out educational and celebratory activities with the young people they accompany in the oratories, universities, social works and institutes. Hosted on a network of video conferences, many young people participated simultaneously in the meeting of just over an hour, which included moments of spirituality, sharing of opinions and life, formation, self-knowledge and celebratory prayer. Animated daily by a group via an instant messaging platform, the young people face challenges, discuss group interaction and personal reflection and have their summit in the video meeting on Saturday and in the participation in the broadcast of Holy Mass on Sunday through "Radio Dom". The project develops in collaboration with the Youth Sector of the Diocese of Lorraine, thus covering not only the Salesian groups, but also the pastoral and movements of the whole Church.
