India - "Bosco Seva Kendra" in Hyderabad helping children, young people, families

Hyderabad, India - March 31, 2020 - The "Bosco Seva Kendra" (BSK), Planning and Development Office of the Salesian Province of Hyderabad (INH), is working to provide food and health assistance to migrant families, street children, workers and young people subject to the forced isolation decreed by the Indian government. The "BSK" is providing support through the distribution of food and health kits in collaboration with Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and volunteers in the areas of Gudimalkapur, Bowenpally, Chandrayangutta, Kuntluru, Jawharnagar - ECIL and Alwal in Hyderabad. In addition, "BSK" organized an online donation campaign with the aim of distributing food and health kits to 1,000 families of workers on a daily income in Hyderabad and other cities in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
