France – Growing Partnership Between “Fondation Don Bosco” and “Modilac”: Another Truck Departs with Infant Milk for Ukrainian Babies
Paris, France – March 2025 – On Wednesday, March 12, another truck departed from Normandy bound for Ukraine, carrying a shipment of infant formula. This initiative is part of an ongoing partnership between the Fondation Don Bosco, a public benefit organization, and Modilac Laboratories.
In October 2024, nearly 12,000 boxes of infant formula were sent to Zhytomyr, Ukraine, where they were received by the Salesian representative overseeing the local Salesian mission. The aid was then distributed to families in need. This first operation helped forge a strong, long-term partnership between Fondation Don Bosco and Modilac.
In total, over 25,000 packages of infant formula will be delivered through multiple shipments to Ukrainian families.
"This partnership reflects the Salesian spirit of caring for the most vulnerable, especially children affected by war," said David Crépy, project director at Fondation Don Bosco.
The latest shipment contains nearly 10 tons of essential supplies for a population weakened by over three years of conflict. This humanitarian effort is made possible through the generosity of donors supporting Fondation Don Bosco and the dedication of the teams at Modilac Laboratories.
