The March 2025 issue of the Missionary Bulletin “Cagliero 11 featured a forum on families, aligning with the Pope's prayer intentions for the month.

Key findings from the forum include:

  • Divorce rates range between 40% and 50% in highly developed countries.
  • 23% of children live in single-parent households.
  • Around 1 billion children (out of 2.4 billion) experience some form of violence.
  • Early pregnancies (ages 15-19) affect 21 million girls each year.
  • Child marriages still impact 12 million girls under 18 annually.

In a video message recorded before his recent hospitalization, Pope Francis reminded viewers that "perfect families do not exist." He urged prayers "so that divided families may find healing in forgiveness, rediscovering in their differences a source of mutual enrichment."

Also featured in Cagliero 11, Antonella Sinagoga, Youth Ministry Sector Member, Psychotherapist, and Family Mediator, emphasized that "supporting families in crisis requires professionals capable of empathetic listening, understanding, encouragement, and promoting a positive view of crisis."
