Victorias, Philippines - October 2023 - The theme for this year's Leaders and Animators Formation 2023 (LAF) of the Negros District in the Southern Philippines Province (FIS) focused on being good Christians and upright citizens, and served to open a broader perspective for young people in recognising their role in society. The LAF 2023 event was held last 21 October at the 'Don Bosco Technical Institute' in Victorias, and was attended by several organisations from the Negros district: DBTI-Victorias, Don Bosco Dumangas, Don Bosco Mambukal, St Joseph the Worker Parish and 'Laura Vicuna' Women's Development and Training Centre.  Fr Gino Godinez and Fr Vince Michael Sabal animated the meetings.
