The first meeting, on the theme "Re-signification in the time of Covid-19", was accompanied by Javier Velázquez, Head of the Archdiocesan Institute of Formation (IAF). In that space they tried to build together a hopeful vision in the time of the pandemic. "How to live hope, albeit in isolation? How to give meaning and sense to the time of uncertainty? Where to place one's heart?" were the questions that offered inputs to read reality from a Christian perspective and with faith.
In the second meeting, entitled "Deconcentrate to connect", the animator and psychologist Florencia Nasif accompanied the work sessions by presenting different tools to return to the essence of oneself, to take advantage of time at home to become creative, and to find within oneself an infinite world to continue to learn. Faced with the excessive use of technology and information saturation, the fundamental proposal was to stop and reconnect with oneself and with others, to have a true connection and communication.
The third meeting, "How to be Church at home", was animated by Fr Pablo Bonavía, professor of Theology. The session discussed how to get closer to Jesus in the situation away from the churches, returning to the Gospel, to one's own prayer and personal encounter with Jesus. "We dream, as a community, where we would like to walk as a Church and what lessons this pandemic leaves us to start moving again," the meeting organizers said.
Finally, the last "bowl or tank": "Good Christians and upright citizens", animated by Fr Francisco Lezama. On this occasion they analyzed the different visions of reality, how the media are shaping the individual and collective perceptions of our society, the freedom and personal responsibility in the critical reading of reality, the ways in which individual action affects the construction of the world ...
"At CML we build the world together," shared Santiago Noboa, one of the participants. "This is one of the reasons that led me to participate in the meetings, the desire to bring my grain of sand to a center that gives me so much. Knowing that I would not only contribute, but also receive something. It was a great experience, from which I can take new steps and leave new footprints ..."
