Rome, Italy - September 2022 - The "SDB Change Congress," a major event that is bringing together 250 people including Provincial Economers, Heads of Planning and Development Offices (PDO), Mission Offices, Salesian NGOs, and international organizations, is taking place these days at the Salesian Pontifical University (UPS) in Rome. The "SDB Change Congress" began last Sept. 19 with a welcome address by the General Economer of the Congregation, Br. Jean Paul Muller, SDB. Over the first two days, there were numerous talks by speakers, touching on many topical issues, from the acceptance of differences and inclusiveness to Pope Francis' Economy, from Integral Ecology to the energy sources of the future. The events will continue until Friday, September 23.
