The new website, which aims to make information from ANS more accessible and usable on a daily basis to all its readers, especially to the Salesian Family and to all who share the dream of Don Bosco.
The strength of the new site will be the integration with social networks. Aware that they "are able to foster relationships and promote the good of society" (Message of the Holy Father Francis for the 50th World Communications Day), they will have privileged spaces in the new site, and will increasingly represent not only the channels of communication, but also the areas of participation and response.
The ANS page on Facebook, the profiles in six languages on Twitter, and Flickr pages, and soon also on Instagram, will assume an increasing role in the agency's communication policy.
In keeping with the progress in digital aesthetics, the look and feel will be renewed and special attention will be devoted to photographs, always in a way that will allow them to be enjoyed and shared through social networks.
The Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, will officially launch the new site in the coming days.
