The event will begin on 23 August with Mass at the Ceferino Sanctuary Park and will continue the following day with the Mass welcoming pilgrims, the celebration of some baptisms, moments of prayer and conviviality.
25 August will be characterised by several important moments, such as the dawn prayer on the hill of the Fifth Centenary Cross and the beginning of the Pilgrimage itself, which will be animated by radio (which is why pilgrims are invited to wear their headphones). At 11 a.m. the pilgrims will arrive at the Ceferino Sanctuary Park, where Mass will be celebrated and where the blessing and missionary sending of young people from the communities of the region will follow.
On 26 August, the day of the Liturgical Memorial of Blessed Ceferino Namuncurá, it will be dedicated to the Mass of thanksgiving and some recreational activities, before the final greeting.
The complete and detailed programme of the Pilgrimage, as well as a series of materials useful for preparing for the event and learning more about the figure of Zeffirino Namuncurá, are available on the website of the Salesian Province of Argentina South (ARS).
