Below is the statement with the new appointments.
In accordance with the CISI Statutes (approved by the Rector Major on 18.12.2018), notice is given of the appointments that the CISI President and Presidency approved on 14 July for the three-year period 2024-2027 at the service of the Salesian communion and mission in Italy.
Provincial Delegates:
- Fr Leonardo Mancini: Provincial Delegate for Education and Vocational Training;
- Fr Silvio Zanchetta: Provincial Delegate for Marginalistion and Youth Distress;
- Fr Roberto Colameo: Provincial Delegate for Economics.
National Coordinators:
- Economy: Fr Giorgio Degiorgi is the new national coordinator (2024-2027);
- School: Fr Stefano Mascazzini is confirmed for a further three years (2024-2027);
- Professional Training: Fr Mario Tonini takes on the new role of Director of Studies, Research and Development for the CNOS FAP (2024-2027);
- Marginalisation and Youth Distress (EDG): Fr Francesco Preite confirmed for a further three years (2024-2027);
- Mission Animation: Fr Dario Spinella is the new national coordinator (2024-2027);
- Vocational Animation: Fr Luca Bernardello is the new national coordinator (2024-2027);
- Social Communication: Fr Elio Cesari takes up an "interim" role.
