"Mobile Journalism" or "MoJo" is a journalistic practice that involves the use of mobile phones. This technique allows you to react quickly and flexibly to events, allowing journalists to work directly from the place where the event takes place. Mobile journalism is becoming increasingly popular, thanks also to low production costs and the ability to provide up-to-date information to the public, through social media and online platforms.
During the five days, journalists of "Radio Don Bosco" acquired the basic techniques to make photos and videos with the practice of "MoJo". They learned how to work on different software that allows the production of short videos; take photos and record videos from different angles. Even if these journalists work in radio, having this preparation in the field of mobile journalism is essential for them to carry out the journalistic profession, given that the use of New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) is inevitable nowadays.
The sessions were rich in practical experiences and the participants were satisfied with the know-how of the formators, to whom the warmest thanks went.
