The photographs must bear witness to the concrete experience of the dream at 9 years of age as it is lived in the Salesian environment, as an inspiration for the "transformation of wolves into lambs": photos taken perhaps at school, in the oratory, in church or elsewhere, that highlight a group, a space, an important moment during a summer camp, or a heartfelt experience in missionary volunteering.
"The photos must communicate the perennial relevance and vitality of the dream and have a story or a reflection" the Coordinator of the Casa Don Bosco Museum, Dr. Ana Martín García, explained in a statement.
A committee will select a minimum of twelve photos and a maximum of twenty-four that will be printed and made part of a temporary exhibition at the Casa Don Bosco Museum, to celebrate the bicentennial of the dream.
"In this way, the purpose is to capture here at ‘Casa‘ the shots coming from the different Salesian places around the world, that is, from the worldwide extension of the first realisation of the dream here at the Valdocco Oratory" concludes Dr. García.
Participation is totally free, and open to everyone. Artistic, original, creative or entirely innovative shots will be positively evaluated.
