Italy - Social Media Essentials: Registrations for the course in Social Media Management open at the Pontifical Salesian University

(ANS – Rome) – The Faculty of Social Communication Sciences at the Pontifical Salesian University (UPS) is organising four days of theoretical and practical training on Social Media Management from 15 September,  with a view to the world of the third sector, non-profit organisations, religious institutions.

Practical lessons, group exercises and expert sessions will allow participants to learn how to develop an effective communication strategy, identify the target audience, create valuable content and optimise advertising campaigns on social media.

In addition, fundamental tools and techniques will be used to monitor the progress of activities, analyse data and measure the impact of communicative actions.

The recipients of the course are communication students, digital communication and information operators, trainees and communication workers in companies, associations, institutions, congregations. At the end of the four days each participant will have acquired knowledge and developed skills to independently face, at a first level, the design and management of social communication in a company, institution, other body.

The lectures will be from lecturers and experts from academia and digital communication on specific topics in the field of Social Media management.

There are also times for meeting and dialogue (SMM!) with different professionals who will share their experience gained in specific areas of work (institutional, commercial, non-profit, editorial).
