Medellín, Colombia - December 2019 - Motivated by the spirit of St. John Bosco, by the Salesian charism and with the commitment to missionary animation, 74 people left for two Colombian cities where their communities are poor. 42 people went to the municipality of Condoto in Chocó and 32 in Santander of Quilichao in the department of Cauca. The lay and Salesian missionaries are led by Fr Jaime Gómez and the goal of the Christmas mission is to organize activities with children, young people and their families, showing them the true meaning of Christmas, lived in an atmosphere of joy and friendship.
