India - Football matches for disadvantaged young people
Pune, India - July 2019 - The "Don Bosco Development Society" (DBDS) organized a football tournament for disadvantaged children studying at the Don Bosco high school in Yerwada. Four teams, composed of 6 athletes each, challenged each other in the context of this event, which had the theme "Reducing health risks". The tournament was supported by the insurance group "Axa". The event, which saw the triumph of the "Roaring Lions" team, took place at the Don Bosco school sports ground. Also present at the tournament was Fr Rolvin D’Mello, Executive Director of the “DBDS”.
