Stony Point, United States - June 2019 - From 7 to 9 June, at the "Don Bosco Retreat House" at Stony Point, a new edition of the "Empowering Salesian Leaders 2019" training course was held. The event was attended by 40 young adults, accompanied by 8 animators and coordinators, who guided workshops and sessions on Salesian Spirituality, Christian morality, planning of social and prayer activities, and moments for vocational discernment. "Empowering Salesian Leaders" is a program of the Office for Youth Ministry of the Salesian Province of the United States East and Canada (SUE) designed for those who wish to remain in contact with the Salesians during the period of college and the early years of adulthood, so that they can be bearers of Don Bosco's charism wherever they are or may be.
