Campo Grande, Brazil - June 2019 - On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the "Salesian Mission in Mato Grosso" (MSMT), around 500 young people from three Brazilian states participated in the meeting of oratories held on 14 and 15 June at the Dom Bosco Sports Club in Campo Grande. The event was coordinated by Fr Eduardo Moura, Director of "Città Don Bosco" and responsible for the Social Works of MSMT. Fr Gildásio Mendes, Superior of the Salesian Province of Campo Grande (BCG), opened the meeting recalling the message of Pope Francis to young people "God loves you, God saves you and God is alive", followed by a reflection on the Rector Major's Strenna, on the theme "Holiness for you, too". Musical and artistic performances followed as did the adoration of the Most Holy. Various sporting activities and various games also took place the day after.
