Ełk, Poland - June 2019 - The Salesians of the Warsaw Province (PLE) met on June 15 at the parish church of Ełk for the installation of the new Provincial, Fr Tadeusz Jarecki, SDB, who succeeds Fr Andrzej Wujek. The ceremony was presided by Fr Tadeusz Rozmus, Councilor for the Central and Northern Europe Region, before several Salesian bishops: Msgr. Aleksander Jaszewski, of Belarus; Msgr. Clement Mulenga, from Zambia; and other Salesians including Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, Salesian Cooperators and representatives of civil authorities, as well as the Mayor of the city of Ełk, Tomasz Andrukiewicz. The largest group was formed by the faithful of the parish of Ełk and also by children and young people who came to participate in the 24th edition of the Salesian Youth Provincial Games.
