Papua New Guinea - First Profession of 3 Salesian novices
Boroko East, Papua New Guinea - May 2019 - On May 24, in the shrine of Mary Help of Christians in Boroko East, three novices of the Salesian Vice Province of Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands (PGS) made their First Profession, with a rite they knew to reflect Melanesian culture and sensitivity. Two novices come from the Solomon Islands and the other from Papua New Guinea.
