Nigeria - Meeting of first three Salesian missionaries in Nigeria
Lagos, Nigeria - April 2019 – Meeting on the occasion of the Spiritual Retreat for the Provincial Chapter of the Anglophone West Africa Province (AFW), 25-30 April, were the first three Salesians to arrive in Nigeria in 1982, namely Fr Vincenzo Marrone (center), currently in Turin; Fr Riccardo Castellino (left), currently responsible for the Salesian community in Tappita (Liberia); Fr Italo Spagnolo (right) currently responsible for the Salesian community in Ijebu-Ode (Nigeria).
