Zambia - Chapter of ZMB Vice Province
Lusaka, Zambia - April 2019 - From 2 to 5 April, the IX Provincial Chapter of the Vice Province of Zambia-Malawi-Zimbabwe-Namibia (ZMB) took place, entrusted to the moderator Fr Oswald Mulenga. The Salesian bishop Msgr. Clement Mulenga participated as an observer with the FMA Sisters Chanda Nsofwa and Godelive Kayobera, and the ZMB provincial coordinator of the Salesian Cooperators, Ireene Sikazwe. A group of young people presented a document on today's youth situation, making a very important contribution to the subsequent reflections. The Archbishop of Lusaka, Msgr. Alick Banda, presided over the opening Mass. During the homily, he invited the Salesians to reflect on the problem of Lusaka's street children.
