Quito, Ecuador - March 2019 - The coordination team of the Salesian Institutions of Higher Education (IUS) of America, animated by Fr Marcelo Farfán, IUS General Coordinator, met on the “El Girón” campus of the Salesian Polytechnic University (UPS), Quito branch, to prepare for the VIII Conference of IUS of America, which will take place next September. The objective of the meeting, held on 21 and 22 March, was to evaluate the progress of IUS joint program No. 5 in relation to staff training, research on youth, youth ministry and the strengthening of networks.
