Nepal - Diplomas awarded to 38 female students
Kathmandu, Nepal - January 2019 - The Don Bosco Institute of Engineering and Technology – "Techo" - of Kathmandu celebrated the graduation award ceremony for 24 female students of the tailoring course and 14 of the course for beauticians. Launched in 2000, the Don Bosco Institute has trained 28 graduates of the electricians course and 1,806 graduates of various short-term courses. In 2015 the institute was affiliated to the "Technical Education Board" of Nepal, and is managed by the "Nepal Don Bosco Society" which has been active in the education and social elevation of the country's poor since 1992.
