Dili, Timor Leste – January 2019 – The Salesian Vice Province of Timor Leste (TLS) began the opening ceremony at the Don Bosco monument on 7 January, then went in procession to the chapel at Don Bosco Centek. Other than Provincial Chapter members, a number of observers took part including members of the Salesian Family and postnovitiate Salesians. Fr Apolinário Neto, Superior of TLS, presented the report on the state of the TLS Vice Province, which was followed by presentation of the rules and regulations  for the Chapter, presented by the moderator, Fr Ilidio Correia.
