Vatican – Bishop dal Covolo, SDB, appointed as member of the Pontifical Committee for Historical Sciences
Vatican City, Vatican – 14 January 2019 - Bishop Enrico dal Covolo, SDB, titular bishop of Eraclea, completed his term as Rector Magnificus of the Pontifical Lateran University last July. His term had been renewed twice between 2010 and 2018. Pope Francis has appointed him as Assessor of the Pontifical Committee for Historical Sciences. This is a completely new role in the 65 year history of the Committee.
