San Justo, Argentina - December 2018 - Salesian Joseph Nguyen Vu Thanh Phuong, a Vietnamese missionary, was ordained a priest on December 15, by the laying on of hands and the consecratory prayer of the Bishop of Viedma, Salesian Msgr. Estaban Maria Laxague.
