Papua New Guinea - "Namuncurà Experience": formative missionary experience for aspirants
Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea - 25 November 2018 - After receiving the missionary cross from Fr Alfred Maravilla, Superior of the Vice Province of Papua New Guinea-Solomon Islands (PGS), on the Solemnity of Christ the King, four aspirants will now begin the project " Namuncurà Experience." It is a formative missionary experience designed specifically for the aspirants, who shall renounce their Christmas holidays to spend a period in the Salesian missionary station of Araimiri, thereby also verifying the consistency of their Salesian vocations. More specifically, their task will be animating the oratory and the catechesis of children.
