Mexico - Bishop Salvador Cleofás Murguía Villalobos leads pilgrimage to Virgin of Guadalupe
Mexico City, Mexico - October 2018 - On October 14th, Msgr. Salvador Cleofás Murguía Villalobos, SDB, bishop of the Prelature of Mixes, led the pilgrimage that the population of Mixes makes each year to the Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe in Mexico City. During the journey the faithful, dressed in their typical clothes, recite the Rosary, and the musical bands play after every mystery. Once the group reached the Basilica of the "Morenita", Msgr. Murguía Villalobos presided at the Eucharist, concelebrated by the bishop emeritus of Mixes, mgr. Héctor Guerrero Córdova, SDB.
