Kara, Togo - August 2018 - During the visit to the school clubs of Amnesty International of the Kara region, the European Union ambassador, Cristina Martins Barreira, accompanied by a delegation, visited the Don Bosco Kara high school-college on August 24th. The event was attended by the commissioner of Kara, the vice president of Amnesty International Togo, the coordinator of the school clubs of the Kara region and the coordinators of the 6 clubs which also includes Don Bosco Kara. The visit focused on monitoring, evaluation/review and future perspectives/guidelines on the activities of the school clubs in relation to the project "Education for Citizenship and Human Rights in the Service of National Reconciliation", supported by the European Union.
