Paraguay - Rector Major receives commemorative plaque from Archbishop of Asunción
Asunción, Paraguay - May 2018 – On Sunday, 6 May, the Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, arrived at the Salesian Institute "Mary Help of Christians" in Asunción to participate in a meeting with the Salesian Family. During the event he met the Archbishop of Asunción, Msgr. Edmundo Valenzuela, SDB, representing the Paraguayan Episcopal Conference, who presented him with a commemorative plaque in recognition of the historical, educational and evangelizing work of the Salesians of Don Bosco in Paraguay.
