Papua New Guinea - Mary Help of Christians Parish celebrates 25th anniversary
Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea - April 2018 - On April 14, the "Mary Help of Christians" parish, located in the area of Sabama, Port Moresby, started celebrations for the 25th anniversary of its foundation and for the Year of Youth. Activities included a ceremony held at the Don Bosco Technical School, in the Gabutu area, and a Eucharist celebrated by the archbishop of Brisbane, Msgr. Mark Coleridge; the bishop of Aitape, mgr. Otto Separy; the bishop of Goroka, mgr. Dariusz Piotr Kałuża, MSF; and the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Wellington and President of Caritas Oceania, Msgr. Gerard Burns.
