Germany - Don Bosco Youth-Net General Assembly
Munich, Germany - March 2018 - Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom: are all the nations represented at the official meeting of the "General Executive Body" of Don Bosco Youth-Net, the general assembly of the network of Salesian realities from all over Europe that gathered from 8 to 11 March. Various issues were discussed, the challenges each organization undertakes in their attention to disadvantaged young people shared, an overview made of the DBYN work plan for 2018, with special emphasis on the single Erasmus+ project, and reports on activities and finance presented. Also, a new member of the network was welcomed unanimously: France, represented by the Salesian Youth Movement, which also includes southern French-speaking Belgium. The report on the status of the network and the strategic guidance document that will guide the planning of the DBYN activities for the next three years was also presented.
