Anisakan, Myanmar - November 2017 - From 15 to 20 November, the General Councilor for Social Communication, Fr Filiberto González Plascencia, visited the Vice Province of Myanmar (MYM). The General Counselor attended a Social Communication Seminar, with 30 Salesians from the MYM Vice Province participating. The main objective of the interactive seminar was to share the basic beliefs of Salesian Social Communication, starting with interpersonal human relationships and the very DNA at the roots of the Salesian charism of Don Bosco since the beginnings of the Valdocco Oratory. The main themes, such as the “authenticity of life”, “God listening”, “Salesians and youth”, emerged as the fundamental communicative modes of the Salesians.
