Bari, Italy - October 2017 - On 21 October, at Bari's Institute “Salesiano Redentore”, certificates to students attending the Master Class in Theory and Techniques of Social Comunications were consigned. The event was sponsored by the Social Promotion Association "Laboratorio Don Bosco oggi: Education-Culture-Ministry (DB LAB)". Following the greeting of Fr Francesco Preite, the director of the Salesian center in Bari, the Rector of the Salesian Pontifical University, Fr Mauro Mantovani, held a lectio magistralis entitled: "Educare all'onesimo solidale - Challenges and Perspectives, of educating to useful solidarity." Closing the series was Fr Giuseppe Ruppi, Chairman of DB LAB APS, who thanked the SPU Rector for his much-appreciated presence. He also reported on the course's progress, announcing the start of the next social communication course in 2018, centered on the figure of the parish animator.
