Peru – 2025 March for Life and Family

04 April 2025

Arequipa, Peru – March 2025
As in past years, thousands of Peruvians came together to celebrate the “Day of the Unborn Child,” a peaceful demonstration promoting the value of life from conception to natural death. The most notable gathering took place in Arequipa, known as the "White City," where over 5,000 people marched through the main streets in support of life and family.

The Salesian Don Bosco School of Arequipa proudly joined the march, guided by the teachings of Don Bosco. This celebration affirmed that life is a precious gift that deserves protection and celebration. The participants’ energy and enthusiasm expressed deep respect for human dignity and the importance of strong family bonds as the foundation of a more just and loving society.

This march was more than just an event—it was a statement of values and a reminder that even small actions can drive change in a world that deeply needs love and understanding. The Salesians of Arequipa extended heartfelt thanks to all organizers, volunteers, and participants for making the event a meaningful success.
