Suva, Fiji Islands – March 2025 – On March 14, the Don Bosco Youth & Educational Centre in Nakasi was filled with joy as the community gathered to celebrate the diaconal ordination of two Samoan Salesians, Lui Leiofi Sueina and Falefa Elia. The ceremony, presided over by Archbishop Peter Loy Chong of Suva, was attended by family members from Samoa and abroad, friends, clergy, and parishioners. At the end of the Mass, Fr. Taisali Leulua’i SDB, Delegate for the Pacific, thanked Archbishop Peter Loy Chong for presiding over the celebration and expressed gratitude to the entire community for their presence.
