Asunción, Paraguay – February 2025 – Under the theme "We Are Called to Be Disciples and Missionary Pilgrims of Hope," the Assembly of Missionaries of the Apostolic Vicariate of Chaco took place from February 4 to 6. The event was attended by Mons. Gabriel Narciso Escobar Ayala, SDB, Apostolic Vicar of Chaco Paraguayo. This fraternal gathering brought together missionaries and laypeople in a space dedicated to prayer, reflection, and planning, with the goal of revitalizing the mission in harmony with the Jubilee Year 2025. During the assembly, participants shared experiences, assessed pastoral actions, and developed concrete guidelines to strengthen the Jubilee experience in the Chaco communities. In a spirit of communion and synodality, the missionaries renewed their commitment to journey together, proclaiming the Gospel with hope and joy.
