DR Congo - First Day of Study of the Salesian Family in the Province of Central Africa on "The environment from a liturgical perspective"
Lubumbashi, DR Congo – October 2024 – On 29 October, in the Saint Francis de Sales Theological House, the first day of study for members of the Salesian Family took place on "The environment from a liturgical perspective". Different groups of the Salesian Family are involved: Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB), Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA), Past Pupils of Don Bosco (EXDB), the Association of Mary Help of Christians (ADMA), Volunteers of Don Bosco (VDB), as well as some young people of the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM) and other sympathizers. After the opening prayer, the conference was developed by Fr Simon Mufwej, SDB. The Eucharist was presided over by Fr Kevin Vomi, Economer of the Africa Congo Congo (ACC) Vice-Province, concelebrated by numerous Salesians.
