Belgium - (B)Europe TGS Youth Experience
Brussels, Belgium – April 2024 - The second activity of the new TGS National project has recently ended: "(B)Europe: an experience to share". During the days from 10 to 13 April, a group of 10 young people from the local associations of the TGS were accompanied to a study visit in the city of Brussels, with the function of training for active European citizenship and with the aim of reflecting on what it means to be European citizens and on the common cultural heritage that unites the various peoples of Europe. These were 4 truly significant days for all the participants, starting with visits to the main European institutions thanks to the hospitality of MEP Patrizia Toia, up to discussions with various representatives of European civil society such as Don Bosco International, Don Bosco Youth-Net and the European Centre for Volunteering.
