Porto Alegre, Brazil – March 2024 – From 17 to 19 March, the Salesian Network of Brazil (RSB) organised the annual meeting in the presence of the Committees of the Provincial Coordinators of the Schools, Social Action and Communication areas and the National Commission of Salesian Youth Ministry. The event, on the theme "Dreaming on the Net", brought together 53 participants from all Brazilian regions, with the main objective of "Strengthening the Salesian Mission on the Net"; promoting integration between the members of the Committees and the Commission, synergy and synodality; and sharing the responsibilities for the general actions provided for in the Annual Work Plan and in the 2024 Integrated Formation Plan. The meeting was also attended by the Provincials of the Salesians of Don Bosco and the Provincials of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians in Brazil who, in addition to animating and governing their institutions, also accompany the Committees and the National Commission in the development of their mission. The meeting was led by the Executive Directors of the RSB, Fr Sérgio Augusto Baldin Júnior, SDB, Sister Silvia Aparecida da Silva, FMA, and the Executive Coordinator of the RSB, Maria Dantas.
