Ecuador - Promoting devotion to Mary Help of Christians at the Santo Tomas Apostol Educational Unit in Riobamba
Riobamba, Ecuador – February 2024 - For the Salesians, devotion to Mary Help of Christians, since the time of Don Bosco, has been significant and fundamental, since their patron placed his life and his educational and evangelising work in the hands of this good Mother. This is why the Salesian community in Riobamba creates spaces that strengthen this devotion among those who are part of it. The members of the ADMA youth group are those who have the mission of promoting devotion to the Help of Christians. Currently it is a group of 29 young people who pray the Rosary on the 24th of each month. Divided into two groups, the boys and girls visit theSanto Tomas Apostol Educational Unita " in Riobamba, boarding house and school. They carry out this activity interactively with them. The image of Mary Help of Christians cannot be missing in all this.
