Córdoba, Argentina – February 2024 - Over 400 young people from the Salesian works in the Argentina North Province (ARN), gathered to experience the "Zatti Joven 2024" event. A real Salesian-style celebration that took place from 10 to 13 February in the parish of San Juan Bosco and Santo Domingo Savio in Córdoba. Under the motto: 'If dreams are with you, the celebration is to see you again' - because of the bicentenary of Don Bosco's Dream at nine years of age - the young leaders were filled with the desire to celebrate, as a family, the fact that they are children of the same dream. The "Zatti Joven" event is an initiative of the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM), whose main purpose is to understand the values and spirituality that characterise the SYM, trying to provide a space for communion and celebration for all participants. The young people were able to participate in various activities, including formation sessions focused on Don Bosco’s dreams and workshops on topics such as the promotion of healthy environments and ties, the prevention of problematic consumption and the responsible management of digital communities. There was, of course, no shortage of playful, spiritual and artistic moments. Fr Horacio Barbieri, Superior of the ARN Province, accompanied the young people at the meeting and addressed them with a message of joy and hope, urging them to bring the festive spirit of the Salesian environment to their respective communities. Likewise, Bishop Alejandro Musolino, SDB, Auxiliary Bishop of Córdoba, who was at the event, encouraged young people to face the future with courage.
