India – A program to help married couples heal their marriage and rebuild a love relationship
Hyderabad, India – February 2024 – In recent days, "Don Bosco LIFE", the Mission Office of the Salesian Province of Hyderabad, India, has introduced "Retrouvaille – A lifeline for married couples", a Christian marriage program that helps married couples heal their marriage and rebuild a love relationship. The initiative, which took place from 9 to 11 February, was hosted by the BIRDY centre, (the Salesian Institute for Research and Development for Young People), in the presence of Fr Noel Maddhichetty, SDB, and the couples formed by Antic Joseph and Pokisha Mary and Joseph Vatti and Kavita Mary. The main purpose of the program is to improve the following skills between couples: communication, dialogue, listening and understanding feelings. The event, a real boon for couples, helped them learn the best techniques to express their thoughts and emotions, following the right perspective that will lead to forgiveness and healing and to rediscover their journey of life together as a family, in harmony. "Retrouvaille" will continue for the next three Sundays, to deepen and clarify everything that was illustrated in the first appointment.
