Madagascar – Visit of the Archbishop of Toliara to Salesian works and missions in Ankililoaka
Ankililoaka, Madagascar – 19 February 2024 - It is with great joy that the Don Bosco community in Ankililoaka welcomed Archbishop Gustavo Bombin Espino, Metropolitan Archbishop of Toliara, on his first visit to the District of Ankililoaka. On the occasion, the prelate officially installed the new parish priest of the parish and the district, Fr Charles Armand Randimbisoa, SDB. During this installation ceremony, the community of the faithful expressed gratitude and commitment to the new parish priest, thus strengthening the ties between the local Church and the Salesians of Don Bosco. The presence of Arcbishop Gustavo Bombin Espino was also an opportunity to celebrate faith and unity within the community, underlining the importance of the role of the Church in the lives of the faithful.
