Tanzania – Giving strength to the future generation: celebration of the graduation of 36 engineering students
Arusha, Tanzania – November 2023 – 25 November was a significant date for 36 engineering students at the Don Bosco KIITEC in Arusha, who received their degrees. This is a brilliant group of students who have concluded their academic career in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications and Computer Engineering. The ceremony was also attended by Professor Maulilio J. Kapanyula, Vice-Chancellor of the Nelson Mandela Institute of Science and Technology. One of the most interesting aspects of this degree course is the strong female representation in sectors that in the past were traditionally dominated by males. The increasing number of graduates reflects a positive change in society and launches a strong message of inclusion.
