Venezuela - Damas Salesianas, a light for Autism
San Cristobal, Venezuela - October 2016 - A workshop offering s0ocial training and work placement for youth and adults with autism, Down Syndrome and mental retardation has been opened in collaboration with the Foundation "A Light for Autism" at the Association of Damas Salesianas Don Bosco Centre in San Cristobal, Tachira, Venezuela. It caters for parents and children, who are given an introduction to computers, as well as courses in production, cooking and housekeeping, and recreation.
